Temporary Closure of Cycle Track in Sha Tin for Running Event

        Cyclists are advised that in order to facilitate the holding of Running Event, the section of cycling track along the western riverside of Shing Mun River between Yuen Wo Playground and Sha Tin Racecourse will be temporarily closed from 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. on 3 March 2019.

        During the closure of the cycle track, cyclists are required to dismount upon entering / leaving the above mentioned cycle track.  Cyclists may also use the cycle track along Tai Chung Kiu Road to travel between Sha Tin, Tai Po and Ma On Shan.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide the cyclists and pedestrians. Actual implementation of and adjustments to cycle track closure and traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on conditions in the area.
