ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS
(CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)
Temporary Restricted Zones in To Kwa Wan
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 12 April 2019 to 30 June 2019, the following road sections in To Kwa Wan will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) the cul-de-sac at Anhui Street; and
(b) the southern kerbside lane of Anhui Street from its junction with Ma Tau Wai Road (northbound) to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing temporary restricted zones on the road sections at Anhui Street gazetted on 29 March 2019 under G.N. 2316 will be rescinded.
