Trial of a New Electronic Payment System on Hong Kong Island Green
Minibuses (GMBs) Route Nos. 4A, 4B, 4C, 4S, 4M, 5, 5M, 35M, N4A, N4C and N4X

　　Members of the public are advised that, starting from the first departures on 14 April 2019 (Sunday), a new electronic payment service would be introduced on trial on HKI GMB Route Nos. 4A, 4B, 4C, 4S, 4M, 5, 5M, 35M, N4A, N4C and N4X. 

　　Passengers choosing this service for paying the fare are required to download the corresponding mobile application onto their smartphones, activate the specific function in that application before boarding, and use the scanner next to the Octopus reader to scan the QR code generated from the application for fare payment.

　　For details of the above trial scheme, please refer to the operator’s notice.  Other than this payment method, passengers can continue to use cash or Octopus for fare payment.
