Temporary Traffic Arrangements in To Kwa Wan

        Motorists are advised that in connection with the construction work of Shatin to Central Link, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in To Kwa Wan from 13 December 2019 to 24 December 2019:

Traffic Lane Conversion

(a)  Lok Shan Road between Kowloon City Road and Pau Chung Street will be converted from two-way traffic into one-way westbound traffic; and

(b)  Pau Chung Street between Lok Shan Road and Sheung Heung Road will be converted from two-way traffic into one-way northbound traffic.

Vehicle Turning Prohibition

(a)  All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Kowloon City Road (northbound) onto Lok Shan Road (eastbound) and heading to Kowloon City Road (southbound).  Affected vehicles will be diverted via Kowloon City Road (northbound), Ma Hang Chung Road (westbound), Pau Chung Street (southbound) and Sheung Heung Road (eastbound);

(b)  All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Sheung Heung Road (eastbound) onto Pau Chung Street.  Affected vehicles will be diverted via Sheung Heung Road (eastbound), Kowloon City Road (southbound), Kowloon City Road (northbound), Sheung Heung Road (westbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (southbound), Chi Kiang Street (eastbound), Ha Heung Road (northbound) and Lok Shan Road (westbound);

(c)  All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Sheung Heung Road (westbound) onto Pau Chung Street.  Affected vehicles will be diverted via Sheung Heung Road (westbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (southbound), Chi Kiang Street (eastbound), Ha Heung Road (northbound) and Lok Shan Road (westbound);

(d)  All vehicles exceeding 11 metres in length will be prohibited from making left turn from Kowloon City Road (northbound) onto Lok Shan Road (westbound).  Affected vehicles will be diverted via Kowloon City Road (northbound), Sheung Heung Road (westbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (southbound), Chi Kiang Street (eastbound) and Ha Heung Road (northbound); and

(e)  All vehicles exceeding 7 mteres in length will be prohibited from making right turn from Kowloon City Road (southbound) onto Lok Shan Road (westbound).  Affected vehicles will be diverted via Kowloon City Road (southbound), Kowloon City Road (northbound), Sheung Heung Road (westbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (southbound), Chi Kiang Street (eastbound) and Ha Heung Road (northbound).

        Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on site to guide motorists.
