ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Temporary Restricted Zone in Yen Chow Street West, Sham Shui Po

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 2.00 pm on 4 January 2020 to 11.59 am on 5 January 2020 and 2.00 pm on 11 January 2020 to 11.59 am on 12 January 2020, the western kerbside lane of Yen Chow Street West from its junction with the south vehicular exit of the Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale fish market to a point about 30 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily..

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

　　At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
