ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Rescission of Temporary Speed Limit in Yau Ma Tei

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 30 September 2020, the temporary speed limit of 50 kilometers per hours on the following sections in Yau Ma Tei as gazetted in G.N. 7148 of 2019 and G.N. 896 of 2020 will be rescinded: -

　　(a)  the slip road form West Kowloon Highway northbound leading to Lin Cheung Road northbound from a point about 260 metres north of its junction with Jordan Road to a point about 400 meters north of the same junction;

　　(b)  the slip road from Hoi Wang Road westbound leading to Lin Cheung Road northbound from a point about 440 metres west of its junction with Hoi Wang Road to a point about 510 metres west of the same junction; and

　　(c)  the section of Lin Cheung Road northbound (Tai Kok Tsui and Shatin bound) from a point about 330 metres north of its junction with Jordan Road to a point about 860 meters north of the same junction.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to remind motorists of the speed limit.
