Temporary Traffic Arrangements at Ma On Shan

　　Notice is hereby given that in order to facilitate road works at Ma On Shan Road and Hang Tai Road in Ma On Shan, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented during the following periods:

I. 　From 6.00 pm on 13 October 2020 to 6.00 pm on 12 October 2021

　(i) Prohibition of Vehicle Turning

- All vehicles on Ma On Shan Road northbound will continue to be prohibited from making left turn onto Hang Tai Road northbound; and

- All vehicles on Hang Tai Road northbound will continue to be prohibited from making right turn onto Hang Fai Street eastbound.

　(ii) Traffic Diversions

- Affected vehicles on Ma On Shan Road northbound heading for Hang Fai Street eastbound will continue to be diverted via Sai Sha Road northbound and Sai Sha Road roundabout; and

- Affected vehicles on Hang Tai Road northbound heading for Hang Fai Street eastbound will continue to be diverted via Hang Fai Street westbound and Sai Sha Road roundabout.

II. 　From 6.00 pm on 13 October 2020 to 10.00 am on 15 October 2020

　(i) Temporary Pick-up/Drop-off Arrangements for Taxis

- A temporary taxi pick up/ drop off point will continue to be provided at Hang Tai Road at a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Hang Yiu Street.

III. 　From 10.00 am on 15 October 2020 until further notice

　(i) Temporary Pick-up/Drop-off Arrangements for Taxis

- A temporary taxi pick up/ drop off point will be provided at Hang Fai Street westbound at a point about 50 meters east of its junction with Hang Chi Street.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.
