ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zones on Ping Ting Road and On Ting Road, Wong Tai Sin

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 20 November 2020, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

　　(a)  the eastern kerbside lane of Ping Ting Road from its junction with On Ting Road to a point about 30 metres north of the same junction;

　　(b)  the western kerbside lane of Ping Ting Road from its junction with On Ting Road to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction; and

　　(c)  the western kerbside lane of On Ting Road from its junction with Ping Ting Road to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.

　　Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers, or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
