ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)

Temporary Speed Limit on Clear Water Bay Road, Kwun Tong

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 30 November 2020 to 30 April 2021, the section of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from a point about 400 metres east of its junction with On Sau Road to a point about 600 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
