ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Extension of Temporary Speed Limit on Lin Cheung Road, Yau Ma Tei

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.01 am on 31 December 2020 to 10.00 am on 31 March 2021, the section of Lin Cheung Road northbound from a point about 200 metres south of its junction with Cherry Street to a point about 385 meters north of the same junction will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour in order to facilitate the Central Kowloon Route construction works.

　　Appropriate traffic signs have been erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing temporary speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour on the above road sections of Lin Cheung Road as gazetted in G.N. 4585 dated 15 August 2020 will be rescinded.
