ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS
(CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)

Extension of Temporary Restricted Zone on Kau Pui Lung Road, To Kwa Wan

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021, the western kerbside lane of Kau Pui Lung Road from a point about 80 metres south of its junction with Tin Kwong Road to a point about 120 metres south of the same junction (excluding the area with yellow hatched marking) will continue to be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zones has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

　　At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
