ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zone on Tung Yuen Street, Yau Tong

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 15 January 2021, the northern kerbside lane of Tung Yuen Street from its junction with Yan Yue Wai to a point about 260 metres west of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except vehicles with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

　　At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
