TRAFFIC ADVICE 

Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Kwun Tong Bypass and
Tseung Kwan O Road, Kwun Tong 

      Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwun Tong Bypass and Tseung Kwan O Road with effect from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily from Thursdays to Fridays during the period between 18 February 2021 and 28 May 2021: - 

Traffic Arrangements 

(a)  Road Closure 

(i)  The slip road leading from Tseung Kwan O Road southbound (near Kwun Tong Police Station) to Kwun Tong Bypass westbound will be temporarily closed; and

(ii)  Parts of the traffic lanes of Kwun Tong Bypass westbound (from near Sceneway Garden Block 12 to near Kwun Tong Promenade) will be temporarily closed.

 (b)  Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Tseung Kwan O Road southbound heading to Kwun Tong Bypass westbound will be diverted via Wai Fat Road southbound, Wai Fat Road westbound and Kwun Tong Bypass westbound. 

Public Transport Arrangement 

      New Territories GMB route no. 105S (To Kwa Wan bound) will be diverted via Wai Fat Road southbound, Wai Fat Road westbound and Kwun Tong Bypass westbound before resuming its original routing.

      Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Public transport operator will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
