TRAFFIC ADVICE

Service Adjustments for KMB Route Nos. 48P, 88X and 285,
NWFB Route No. 798 and Citybus Route No. 989

      Members of the public are advised that service adjustments of KMB Route Nos. 48P, 88X, 285, NWFB Route No. 798 and Citybus Route No. 989 will be implemented with effect from 7 June 2021 (Monday) as follows:

I.   KMB Route No. 48P (Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate - Tsing Lung Tau)

An additional bus stop will be designated on Fo Tan Road southbound outside Fonda Industrial Building for KMB Route No. 48P (Tsing Lung Tau bound).

II.  KMB Route No. 88X (Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate - Ping Tin (Circular)), KMB Route No. 285 (Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate - Sha Tin Central (Circular)) and Citybus Route No. 989 (Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate - Sai Wan Ho (Tai On Street))

KMB Route Nos. 88X (Ping Tin bound) and 285 (Sha Tin Central bound) and Citybus Route No. 989 (Sai Wan Ho bound) will be routed via Fo Tan Road southbound in lieu of Shan Mei Street.  The en-route stop of the above routes at Fo Tan (Shan Mei Street) Bus Terminus will be relocated to Fo Tan Road southbound outside Fonda Industrial Building.

III. NWFB Route No. 798 (Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate - Tiu Keng Leng Station)

(i)   NWFB Route No. 798 (Tiu Keng Leng Station bound) will be routed via Fo Tan Road southbound in lieu of Shan Mei Street.  The en-route stop at Fo Tan (Shan Mei Street) Bus Terminus will be relocated to Fo Tan Road southbound outside Fonda Industrial Building; and

(ii)  The alighting-only en-route stop for Fo Tan Chun Yeung Estate bound at Sha Tin Station Public Tranpsort Interchange will be converted to boarding / alighting en-route stop.

      Notices will be put up by the bus companies to advise passengers of the service arrangements.
