Temporary Traffic Arrangements
for Tram Track Renewal Works in Central District

      Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the tram track renewal works at Des Voeux Road Central near Jackson Road, the following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed from about 10.00 am on 15 June 2021 to 10.00 am on 1 July 2021.

From 10.00 am on 15 June 2021 to 10.00 am on 19 June 2021

A section of the rightmost lane of Des Voeux Road Central (westbound) from a point about 25 metres west of its junction with Queen’s Road Central to a point about 45 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed (except tram).

From 10.00 am on 19 June 2021 to 10.00 am on 1 July 2021

A section of the rightmost lane of Des Voeux Road Central (westbound) from a point about 35 metres west of its junction with Queen’s Road Central to a point about 45 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed (except tram).

      Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
