TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Kowloon City
Motorists are advised that to facilitate the construction works, with effect from 1.45 am to 5.30 am on 29 July 2021, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Kowloon City:
(1) Road Closure
Kai San Road southbound and a section of Concorde Road westbound (near Trade and Industry Tower) will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(2) Traffic Diversion
(i) Affected vehicles on Tsat Po Street westbound heading to Prince Edward Road East westbound will be diverted via Pat Tat Street northbound, Tai Yau Street eastbound, Choi Hung Road westbound and Prince Edward Road East westbound;
(ii) Affected vehicles on Tsat Po Street westbound heading to Concorde Road eastbound will be diverted via Pat Tat Street northbound, Tai Yau Street eastbound, Luk Hop Street southbound, Sze Mei Street southbound, Prince Edward Road East eastbound, Kwun Tong Road southbound, Fuk To Street eastbound, Ngau Tau Kok Road northbound, Kwun Tong northbound, Prince Edward Road East westbound, and Concorde Road eastbound;
(iii) Affected vehicles on Tsat Po Street eastbound heading to Concorde Road eastbound will be diverted via Luk Hop Street southbound, Sze Mei Street southbound, Prince Edward Road East eastbound, Kwun Tong Road southbound, Fuk To Street eastbound, Ngau Tau Kok Road northbound, Kwun Tong northbound, Prince Edward Road East westbound, and Concorde Road eastbound;
(iv) Affected vehicles on Concorde Road westbound heading to Prince Edward Road East westbound will be diverted via Concorde Road roundabout near Kowloon East Regional Police Headquarters; and
(v) Affected vehicles on Concorde Road westbound heading to San Po Kong will be diverted via Concorde Road roundabout near Kowloon East Regional Police Headquarters, Prince Edward Road East westbound, Concorde Road roundabout near Trade and Industry Tower, Concorde Road eastbound and Kai San Road northbound.
Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
