Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Hiram's Highway near Nam Pin Wai, Sai Kung

        Motorists are advised that to facilitate road improvement works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Hiram's Highway near Nam Pin Wai, Sai Kung, with effect from 12.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 28 and 29 September 2021:

        (a)    Road Closure

        The exit from Nam Pin Wai Roundabout to Hiram's Highway (southbound) will be temporarily closed.

        (b)    Traffic Diversion

        Affected vehicles from Nam Pin Wai Roundabout via Hiram's Highway (southbound) heading to the vicinity of Heung Chung, Mok Tse Che, Wo Mei and Nam Wai will be diverted via the existing entry of Nam Pin Wai Roundabout from Hiram's Highway (northbound) to Hiram's Highway (southbound).

        Affected vehicles from the vicinity of Heung Chung, Mok Tse Che, Wo Mei and Nam Wai heading for Sai Kung will be diverted via Hiram's Highway (southbound), New Hiram's Highway (southbound), Clear Water Bay Road (eastbound), the roundabout near University Road, Clear Water Bay Road (westbound), Hiram's Highway (northbound), New Hiram's Highway (northbound) and Nam Pin Wai Roundabout leading to Sai Kung.

        (c)     Ban Turning

        All vehicles exceeding 5 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making lef turn movement from Nam Pin Wai Roundabout onto Hiram's Highway (southbound).

        Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists
