Service Adjustments of KMB Routes No. 40P and 234D

        Members of the public are advised that, with effect from 18 October 2021 (Monday), the service of KMB routes no. 40P and 234D will be adjusted as follows:

        KMB Special Departures Route No. 40P (Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower) – Kwun Tong Ferry Pier)

KMB route no. 40P will be extended from Shek Wai Kok to Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower) and converted into whole day service:

Route

From Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower):
via Tai Ho Road, Tai Ho Road North, Tsuen Kam Interchange and Wai Tsuen Road, and then resume its original route.

From Kwun Tong Ferry Pier:
via its original route until Shek Wai Kok Road, and then operate via Wai Tsuen Road, Tsuen Kam Interchange, Tai Ho Road North and Tai Ho Road.

Section Fare: $6.8 (From stops on or after Lung Cheung Road to Kwun Tong Ferry Pier)

From Kwun Tong Ferry Pier:

Section Fare: $6.0 (From stops after Butterfly Valley Interchange to Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower))

Service Hours

From Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower):
6.45 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays (except Public Holidays)
7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays

From Kwun Tong Ferry Pier:
9.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. daily


        KMB Route No. 234D (Tsing Lung Tau – Kwun Tong Station)

One additional Kwun Tong bound and one additional Tsing Lung Tau bound departure of KMB route no. 234D will be operated during morning and evening peak hours respectively on Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays). The last departure from Tsing Lung Tau to Kwun Tong Station will be slightly adjusted to suit passenger demand.

        Notices will be put up by bus company to advise passengers of the service arrangements.
