In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 13 December 2021 to 4.00 pm on 15 January 2022, the section of Seymour Road from a point about 150 metres east of its junction with Caine Road to a point about 200 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
