Extension of Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements at 
Fanling Station Road, North District


          Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the covered walkway construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements at Fanling Station Road will continue to be implemented from 05.30 am on 28 February 2022 to 05.30 am on 31 August 2022:

(I)   Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangement

The details of the bus stop and GMB stop relocation arrangement are as follows:

 KMB Route Nos. 78K, 278K, 79K, N78 and T270;

 GMB Route Nos. 52A, 54A and 56A

Fanling Station Road near Fanling MTR Station Exit A2

Relocated to temporary footpath at Fanling Station Road

KMB and GMB operators will display notices at the stop to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.

(II)   Cyclist and Pedestrian Arrangements

a) A section of cycle track at Fanling Station Road will be temporarily suspended; and
b) The existing footpath starting from Exit A2 of Fanling MTR Station to the existing cycle track will be temporarily suspended.

          Appropriate signs will be erected on site to guide affected cyclists and pedestrians. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.
