In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 23 May 2022 to 10.00 am on 23 November 2022, the following sections of cycle track as shown in the Schedule will be temporarily designated as prohibited zones for all vehicles exceeding 0.9 metres in width and motorcycles 24 hours daily:

1. 1. The section of cycle track along Pak Shek Kok Promenade and Science Park Road; and
   2. The section of cycle track along Sui Cheung Street and Chak Cheung Street.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 0.9 metres in width and motorcycles into the above prohibited zones. The exact boundary of the prohibited zones is delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.

        The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
