Temporary Traffic Arrangements on On Kui Street in Fanling, North District
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on On Kui Street in Fanling from 08.00 am on 4 June 2022 to 12.00 am on 31 October 2022 as specified below.
(I) ROAD CLOSURE
A section of On Kui Street eastbound and westbound starting from about 70 metres east of its junction with Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau to its junction with On Chuen Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(II) TRAFFIC DIVERSION
1. Vehicles on On Kui Street westbound heading for Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau northbound or southbound will be diverted via On Kui Street southbound and Lok Yip Road westbound.
2. Vehicles on On Kui Street westbound heading for Ma Sik Road westbound will be diverted via On Kui Street southbound, Lok Yip Road westbound and Sha Tau Kok – Lung Yeuk Tau northbound.
3. Vehicles on Ma Sik Road eastbound heading for On Kui Street eastbound will be diverted via:
(a) Fan Leng Lau Road southbound, Lok Yip Road southbound, On Lok Mun Street northbound and On Chuen Street eastbound; or
(b) Wo Tai Street southbound, Luen On Street eastbound, Sha Tau Kok Road - Lung Yeuk Tau southbound, Lok Yip Road southbound, On Lok Mun Street northbound and On Chuen Street eastbound; or
(c) Sha Tau Kok Road - Lung Yeuk Tau southbound, Lok Tin Street eastbound, On Lok Mun Street northbound and On Chuen Street eastbound.
4. Vehicles on Sha Tau Kok Road - Lung Yeuk Tau southbound heading for On Kui Street eastbound will be diverted via Sha Tau Kok Road - Lung Yeuk Tau southbound, Lok Tin Street eastbound, On Lok Mun Street northbound and On Chuen Street eastbound.
Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
