In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 2 August 2022 to 6.00 p.m. on 26 October 2023, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometers per hour:

1. 1. Lung Mun Road eastbound from a point about 145 meters east of its junction with Lung Fai Street to a point about 1,200 meters east of the same junction; and
   2. Lung Mun Road westbound from its junction with Lung Yiu Street to a point about 950 meters west of the same junction.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above section of road will be temporarily rescinded.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
