TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Kwun Tong Bypass, Kwun Tong
Motorists are advised that, to facilitate the road work, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwun Tong Bypass from 0.01 am to 6.00 am on 24 August, 30 August, 3 September, 14 September, 16 September, 17 September, 21 September, 15 October, 16 October, 21 October, 22 October, 28 October and 29 October 2022:
(1) Road Closure
The slip road leading from Wai Fat Road eastbound to Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(2) Lane Closure
Part of the traffic lanes on Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound from a point near Pista Building to a point near East Kowloon Government Offices will be intermittently closed to all vehicular traffic.
(3) Traffic diversion
Affected vehicles will be diverted via Wai Fat Road eastbound, Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound, Lei Yue Mun Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road roundabout, Kwun Tong Road eastbound and Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound.
(4) Public Transport Arrangements
NWFB Route No. 797 (LOHAS Park bound) and CTB Route No. E22 (Lam Tin (North) bound) will be diverted via Wai Fat Road eastbound, Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound, Lei Yue Mun Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road Roundabout, Kwun Tong Road eastbound, Lei Yue Mun Road eastbound and then resume to their original routeings.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
