In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 23 September 2022, the northern kerbside lane of Kornhill Road from a point about 20 metres east of its western junction with King's Road to a point about 120 metres east of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily.

         Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road marking.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
