TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Extension of Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Yau Ma Tei


        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate construction works of Central Kowloon Route, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will continue to be implemented in Yau Ma Tei from 1 November 2022 to 30 April 2023:-

I.      Traffic Arrangements

(a)     Change of Road Marking

The solid-cum-broken line on Lin Cheung Road southbound leading to Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei and Hung Hom from a point about 210 metres north of its junction with Jordon Road to a point about 440 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily changed to double white line.

(b)     Traffic Diversions

Affected vehicles on West Kowloon Highway southbound heading for Yau Ma Tei and Hung Hom will be temporarily diverted via Nga Cheung Road southbound and Jordon Road eastbound.

II.     Transport Arrangement

Bus Diversions

To cope with the above temporary traffic diversion, the following bus routes will continue to be temporarily diverted until further notice:

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advice passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
