ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Restricted Zones in Tsap Fai Street and Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 13 February 2023 to 6.00 p.m. on 18 February 2023, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

(a)     the section of Tsap Fai Street from its junction with Wing Hong Street to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction; and

(b)     the southern kerbside lane of Wing Hong Street from its junction with Tsap Fai Street to a point about 22 metres west of the same junction.


        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
