TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong
Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Kwun Tong from 01.30 a.m. to 05.20 a.m. daily during the period from 18 May 2023 to 30 June 2023.
(1) Lane Closure
The slow lane of Kwun Tong Road eastbound from its junction with Hong Ning Road to a point about 85 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(2) Public Transport Arrangements
(a) The bus stop on Kwun Tong Road eastbound near Kwun Tong Town Centre for CTB Route Nos. N29, NA29 and NWFB Route Nos. 796S and N796 will be temporarily relocated about 80 metres eastward; and
(b) CTB Route Nos. N29, NA29 and NWFB Route Nos. 796S and N796 will be diverted via Kwun Tong Road eastbound, roundabout, Kwun Tong Road eastbound and then resume original routeing.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
