ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES ON
PAK SAU ROAD AND HEUNG TSZ ROAD, KWU TUNG


      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10 a.m. on 19 May 2023 to 10 a.m. on 18 May 2024, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

(a) the western kerbside lane of Pak Sau Road from a point about 15 metres south of its junction with Heung Tsz Road to the same junction;
(b) the eastern kerbside lane of Pak Sau Road from its junction with Heung Tsz Road to a point about 25 metres south of the same junction;
(c) the section of Heung Tsz Road from its junction with Pak Sau Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction; and
(d) the section of Heung Tsz Road from its cul-de-sac near the Dills Corner Garden to a point about 40 metres west of the same cul-de-sac.

      Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the temporary restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
