ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374)
Restricted Zones on Au Pui Wan Street and Wo Heung Street, Fo Tan

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 25 May 2023, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones:

(A) Restricted Zone from 7am to 7pm daily

the northern kerbside lane of Au Pui Wan Street from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Wo Heung Street to a point about 10 metres west of the same junction.

(B) Restricted Zones for 24 hours daily

(a) the section of Wo Heung Street from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction;

(b) the northern kerbside lane of Au Pui Wan Street from its junction with Wo Heung Street to a point about 80 metres east of the same junction;

(c) the southern kerbside lane of Au Pui Wan Street from a point about 80 metres east of its junction with Wo Heung Street to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction;

(d) the western kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Fo Tan Station Bus Terminus from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction; and

(e) the eastern kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Fo Tan Station Bus Terminus from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(i) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(ii) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
