Motorists are advised that the section of Shing Fung Road carriageway connecting its roundabout to the west of Kai Tak Bridge Road and Shing Kai Road/Muk Tai Street junction will be fully opened with effect from 4:00 p.m. on 8 June 2023.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
