ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374 SUB. LEG. G)
Restricted Zones on Wo Hing Road and Wo Ka Lau Road, Fanling

          In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 4 July 2023, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

  1. the northern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with the access road leading to Wo Hing Road car park (near Wah Ming Road roundabout) to a point about 8 metres east of the same junction;
  2. the northern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Wo Ka Lau Road to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction;
  3. the southern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from its junction with Wo Ka Lau Road to a point about 6 metres west of the same junction;
  4. the western kerbside lane of Wo Ka Lau Road from its junction with Wo Hing Road to a point about 6 metres south of the same junction;
  5. the southern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from its junction with Wo Ka Lau Road to a point about 33 metres east of the same junction;
  6. the eastern kerbside lane of Wo Ka Lau Road from its junction with Wo Hing Road to a point about 9 metres south of the same junction;
  7. the northern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from a point 78 metres east of its junction with Wo Ka Lau Road to a point about 103 metres east of the same junction; and
  8. the southern kerbside lane of Wo Hing Road from a point 98 metres east of its junction with Wo Ka Lau Road to a point about 132 metres east of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

  1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
  2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
