ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Man Kam To Road, North District
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10 a.m. on 13 October 2023, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) the eastern kerbside lane of Man Kam To Road from a point about 185 metres north of its junction with Fu Tei Au Road to a point about 160 metres north of the same junction; and
(b) the western kerbside lane of Man Kam To Road from a point about 150 metres north of its junction with Fu Tei Au Road to a point about 175 metres north of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
