Notice is hereby given that to the implementation of temporary traffic arrangement (TTA) at the northbound and southbound viaduct (for the cross-boundary passenger vehicles) at San Sham Road, the following temporary traffic measures will be carried out at San Sham Road, Lok Ma Chau at night on any 1 working day from 11.00 pm on 16 October 2023 to 5.00 am on 31 October 2023: -

• A section of northbound viaduct at San Sham Road (for cross-boundary passenger vehicles) from a point about 570 metres north of its junction with Lok Ma Chau Control Point to a point of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Border will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
• A section of southbound viaduct at San Sham Road (for cross-boundary passenger vehicles) from a point of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Border to a point about 600 metres north of its junction with Lok Ma Chau Control Point will implement two-lane-two-way contra-flow TTA.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

       As it may take longer travelling time than usual in view of the temporary traffic arrangements, the public are advised to allow more time for their journeys to/from Lok Ma Chau Control Point and the areas in the vicinity.
