Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate the road maintenance works on Tin Shui Raod, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on 29 October 2023 (Sunday) and 12 November 2023 (Sunday):-

• Road Closure

1. Vehicles on access road of Chestwood Court, Kingswood Villas westbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto Tin Shui Road northbound;
2. Vehicles on Tin Shui Road southbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto access road of Tin Shui Estate westbound;
3. Vehicles on Tin Shui Raod northbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto Chestwood Court, Kingswood Villas; and
4. Vehicles on Tin Shui Estate eastbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto Tin Shui Road southbound.

• Traffic Diversion

1. Motorists on access road of Chestwood Court, Kingswood Villas westbound heading to Tin Shui Road northbound will be diverted via Tin Shui Raod southbound, U-turn at Tin Shui Bus Terminus and Tin Shui Road northbound;
2. Motorists on Tin Shui Road southbound heading to access road of Tin Shui Estate westbound will be diverted via Tin Shui Raod southbound, U-turn at Tin Shui Bus Terminus and Tin Shui Road northbound;
3. Motorists on Tin Shui Raod northbound heading to Chestwood Court, Kingswood Villas will be diverted via Tin Shui Raod northbound, U-turn at Tin Wah Road Roundabout and Tin Shui Raod southbound; and
4. Motorists on access road of Tin Shui Estate eastbound heading to Tin Shui Road southbound will be diverted via Tin Shui Raod northbound and U-turn at Tin Wah Road Roundabout.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
