ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374)
Restricted Zones On Chong San Road, Tai Po
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 3 November 2023, the eastern kerbside lane of Chong San Road (excluding the lay-by) from a point about 120 metres north of its junction with Fo Shing Road to a point about 155 metres north of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the restricted zone on the eastern kerbside lane of Chong San Road (including the lay-by) from a point about 120 metres north of its junction with Fo Shing Road to a point about 170 metres north of the same junction will be rescinded.
