In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 10 November 2023 to 6.00 pm on 10 May 2024, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

(a)  the southern kerbside lane of Yiu Hing Road from its junction with the access road leading to Tung Shing Court to a point about about 15 metres west of the same junction;

(b)  the section of Yiu Hing Road from a point about 60 metres east of its junction with the access road leading to Yiu Tung Shopping Centre to a point about 100 metres east of the same junction; and

(c)  the southern kerbside lane of Yiu Hing Road from a point about 95 metres east of its junction with the ingress of Yiu Tung Estate Bus Terminus to a point about 110 metres east of the same junction.

Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)  loading or unloading goods.
