ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones in Yin Ping Road, Shek Kip Mei


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 22 November 2023, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:


(a)     the eastern kerbside lane of Yin Ping Road from a point about 12 metres south of Yin Ping Road cul-de-sac to a point about 60 metres south of the same cul-de-sac;

(b)     the eastern kerbside lane of Yin Ping Road from a point about 80 metres south of Yin Ping Road cul-de-sac to a point about 125 metres south of the same cul-de-sac;

(c)     the eastern kerbside of the Green-Minibus platform on Yin Ping Road; and

(d)     the eastern kerbside of the general loading / unloading platform on Ying Ping Road
.


        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
