In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 17 November 2023, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

(a) The eastern kerbside lane of Che Kung Miu Road southbound from a point about 195 metres north of its junction with Tin Sam Street to a point about 170 metres north of the same junction; and
(b) The western kerbside lane of Che Kung Miu Road northbound from a point about 145 metres north of its junction with Tin Sam Street to a point about 180 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
