Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works on Fanling Highway, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 0.01 am to 5.30 am daily on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) between 15 November 2023 and 29 December 2023:

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. The slip road leading from So Kwun Po Road southbound to Fanling Highway southbound; and
2. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway southbound from a point about 290 metres north of its junction with Kai Leng roundabout to a point about 380 metres south of the same junction.

Affected vehicles on So Kwun Po Road southbound heading for Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point, Tai Po and Kowloon will be temporarily diverted via Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway southbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
