Pursuant to the powers vested in me under section 8B(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368), I hereby designate that with effect from 5:00 am on 26 November 2023, Tate's Cairn Tunnel (for southbound traffic flow towards Kowloon and northbound towards Shatin) will be operated without toll booths.
