Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

Notification is hereby given under section 7(5) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368) that the plan numbered STM10673 dated 26 November 2023 delineating the boundaries of the following of the Tate's Cairn Tunnel has been deposited in the Land Registry since 27 November 2023.

1. the tunnel as varied pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368); and
2. the toll area as determined pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

The plan numbered KM9804 dated 27 June 2018 delineating the boundaries of the Tate's Cairn Tunnel which was deposited in the Land Registry on 4 July 2018 has been superseded with effect from 26 November 2023.
