In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight on 1 December 2023 to 11.59 pm on 13 May 2024, the existing restricted zone from 8.00 am to 10.00 am and from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily on the eastern kerbside lane of Holland Street from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Belcher's Street to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily rescinded.
