Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

Notification is hereby given under section 7(5) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368) that the plan numbered HKM11237 dated 24 December 2023 delineating the boundaries of the following of the Aberdeen Tunnel has been deposited in the Land Registry since 27 December 2023.

1. the tunnel as varied pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368); and
2. the toll area as determined pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

The plan numbered MH1433 dated 20 February 1982 delineating the boundaries of the Aberdeen Tunnel which was deposited in the Land Registry on 12 March 1982 has been superseded with effect from 24 December 2023.
