In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023, the existing restricted zone 24 hours daily on the cul-de-sac of Yen Ming Road will be rescinded.
