In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 12 January 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the eastern kerbside lane of Fo Tan Road southbound from a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Sui Wo Road to the same junction;
   2. the western kerbside lane of Fo Tan Road northbound from a point about 50 metres south of its junction with Sui Wo Road to a point about 120 metres north of the same junction;
   3. the section of Cheung Lek Mei Street from a point about 25 metres north of its junction with Sui Wo Road to the same junction;
   4. the section of Shan Mei Street from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Sui Wo Road to a point about 30 metres south of the same junction;
   5. the western kerbside lane of Shan Mei Street northbound from its junction with Sui Fung Lane to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction;
   6. the eastern kerbside lane of Shan Mei Street southbound from a point about 35 metres north of its junction with Sui Fung Lane to a point about 5 metres south of the same junction;
   7. the western kerbside lane of Shan Mei Street northbound from a point about 105 metres south of its junction with Sui Fung Lane to a point about 65 metres south of the same junction;
   8. the eastern kerbside lane of Shan Mei Street southbound from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with Sui Fung Lane to a point about 65 metres south of the same junction;
   9. the section of Ngau Wu Tok Street from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Shan Mei Street to a point about 120 metres north of its junction with Sui Wo Road;
   10. the section of Wong Chuk Yeung Street from its junction with Sui Wo Road to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction;
   11. the section of Sui Wo Road from a point about 40 metres east of its junction with Wong Chuk Yeung Street to its junction with Au Pui Wan Street;
   12. the southern kerbside lane of Sui Wo Road eastbound from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction;
   13. the northern kerbside lane of Sui Wo Road eastbound from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 75 metres east of the same junction; and
   14. the section of Au Pui Wan Street from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Kwei Tei Street to the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
