Temporary Traffic Arrangements
on Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan
Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Kwok Shui Road from 1.00 am to 6.00 am daily from 11 to 13 January 2024:
Road Closure
The section of Kwok Shui Road between Texaco Road North and Ting Kwok Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
Banning of Turning Movement
All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn from Texaco Road North southbound onto Kwok Shui Road eastbound.
All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn from Kwok Shui Road westbound onto Texaco Road North southbound.
All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn from Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound onto Kwok Shui Road westbound.
Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Texaco Road North southbound heading for Kwok Shui Road eastbound will be diverted via Texaco Road southbound, Yeung Uk Road westbound, Luen Yan Street northbound, Kwan Mun Hau Street northbound, Castle Peak Road – Tsuen Wan eastbound, Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound and slip road.
Affected vehicles on Kwok Shui Road westbound and Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound heading for Texaco Road southbound will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound, Cheung Wing Road Interchange, Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung westbound and the slip road of Texaco Interchange outside Circle Park.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
