In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 19 January 2024, the northern kerbside lane of Hoi Bun Road from a point about 10 metres east of its junction with How Ming Street to a point about 265 metres east of the same junction (excluding the general loading and unloading areas and parking spaces for goods vehicles) will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily (except general holidays).

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
