Traffic Advice
Extension of Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will continue to be implemented in the section of Lei Muk Road (northbound) between Wo Yi Hop Road (eastbound) and Tung Chi Street (westbound) from 6.01 p.m. on 17 March 2024 to 6.00 p.m. on 16 June 2024 –
(I) Temporary Traffic Arrangement
- All vehicles exceeding 13 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from entering the section of Lei Muk Road (northbound) between Wo Yi Hop Road (eastbound) and Tung Chi Street (westbound);
(II) Temporary Traffic Diversion
- Affected vehicles on Wo Yi Hop Road (eastbound) heading for Lei Muk Road (northbound) near Ning Fung Court will be diverted to travel via Wo Yi Hop Road (eastbound), Tai Loong Street (eastbound), Tai Pak Tin Street (northbound), Tai Pak Tin Street (westbound), Tung Chi Street (westbound) and Lei Muk Road (northbound); and
- Affected vehicles on Lei Muk Road (northbound) near Asia Trade Centre heading for Lei Muk Road (northbound) near Ning Fung Court will be diverted to travel via Lei Muk Road (northbound), Wo Yi Hop Road (southbound), Tai Loong Street (eastbound), Tai Pak Tin Street (northbound), Tai Pak Tin Street (westbound), Tung Chi Street (westbound) and Lei Muk Road (northbound).
Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
