TRAFFIC ADVICE
Extension of Trial for Supplementary Departures of Kowloon GMB Route no. 83M
(Choi Shing House – Ping Shek Public Transport Interchange)
Members of public are advised that with effect from 1 March 2024 (Friday), the trial period of the supplementary departures of Kowloon GMB Route no. 83M (Choi Shing House – Ping Shek Public Transport Interchange) will continue to be operated for six months until 31 August 2024 (Saturday). The service details of the trial will remain unchanged:
I. ROUTE
CHOI SHING HOUSE TO PING SHEK PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE: via Clear Water Bay Road, New Clear Water Bay Road, Choi Hing Lane, Choi Hing Road and access road in Choi Tak Estate.
PING SHEK PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE TO CHOI SHING HOUSE: access road in Choi Tak Estate, Choi Hing Road, Choi Hing Lane, New Clear Water Bay Road and Clear Water Bay Road.
II. OPERATION PERIOD
Mondays to Fridays (Except Public Hoildays)
6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
III. FARE
$4.5 (from Choi Shing House to Ping Shek Public Transport Interchange)
$4.5 (from Ping Shek Public Transport Interchange to Choi Shing House)
* Students wearing school uniform (primary and secondary school) will be offered concessionary fare of $4.0.
* A fare discount of $0.30 is offered to passengers who interchange from GMB to MTR service or from MTR to GMB service within 90 minutes using the same Octopus card.
Notices will be put up by operator at stops to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
